Hi,
I'm using my Apple Watch Ultra 2 (10.3.1) for outdoor workouts but unintentional pressing of the action button and crown pauses my exercise without me realizing it which is really annoying.
I would like to continue to use action button to launch workout app and make interval but I want to disable the pause action in the native workout app.
Is it possible ?

One reason I switched to the 3rd party app WorkOutDoors.
Did you try to enable the Water Lock function, so that the watch will ignore unintentionally pressing the Side Button and Digital Crown?
The Action Button will continue working in this Water Lock mode.

Disabling the Action button is not an option for me, same for changing the orientation which won't change anything (already tested).

The only other option I can think of would be, to disable the Action Button in the settings for the Apple Watch.
Or try to wear the watch on the same arm, with the Digital Crown pointing to the other side, and adjust the setting for that, so your watch face still has the correct orientation. Then check if the Action Button still gets pushed unintentionally.
Yes I tested it but since it doesn't affect Action button we are still allowed to mark a segment by pressing the Action button or to pause the workout.
