Use VSCO app free trial but charged me monthly subscription

I just used their 1 week free trial, but why did they charge me a monthly subscription? Now I cannot download any other apps because I need to pay for the monthly subscription. Please resolve this issue. I need to download some important apps.

Most free trials convert to a paid subscription if the trial is not canceled 24 hours before the trial ends.


If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


You usually need to speak to Apple Support to resolve a defaulted payment.

Sorry, but this is a user to user forum, we can't access your data.

But, you can cancel the subscription and request a refund from Apple.

But not purchases can be refunded by Apple. You might have to contact the developer of your app about that, if you subscribed directly:
