Remote Management and pushed apps without Apple ID - Google Workspace

Hi, I am trying to set up the company iPhones with Remote Management but without Apple ID, and I need some apps to be installed automatically when enrolling the phones. Is there a way I can do this? We are using Google Workspace and when using the Google email for Apple ID, it won't allow app download.

Can someone help?

Thank you for your time.

First, you'll want to set up Apple Business Manager. You can start by going to https://www.apple.com/business

Next, you'll want to choose a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. Some popular options are Apple Business Essentials, Jamf, Kandji, and Mosyle.

Once you select an MDM platform and configure it, you can begin to deploy apps to devices without Apple ID.

You absolutely can, but it depends on the MDM what they offer. Zero-Touch is a fantastic tool for deploying devices en-mass exactly as described. I've personally deployed thousands of iOS/iPadOS/tvOS devices with Zero touch beyond powering them on and connecting them to the network (with the right adapter, simply plugging the device in completes all of this).

Hello, thank you for answering, I already have Apple Business Manager set up already, I am using Google Workspace for MDM. The apple ID I get with federated authentication does not allow app downloads, not even free apps. So when I set up a new device, all I get is System Settings, Itunes and Phone. I want to be able to set up the phone from scratch without an Apple ID and be able to push apps from the beginning, without any log in.

Any ideas on how can I do this? Thanks in advance!
