My phone ring one time then goes directly to voicemail. Also, I can’t dial out it will not work.

Could be related to the nationwide AT&T outage. This has been confirmed by AT&T with some customers starting to come back online this morning. It also affects cell providers that use AT&T networks. The outage has been reported on most national/local news outlets.
