The current Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro 12.9", designed with a square opening for the enlarged rear Camera bump of newer models of iPad Pro, is fully compatible with your third generation iPad Pro 12.9".

The iPad Pro 12.9” fourth to sixth generation have identical physical dimensions for both the chassis and the camera-bump on the rear of the iPad. Apple Magic and Smart Keyboards for iPad, designed for these models, are fully interchangeable; the aperture, that accommodates the iPad’s rear camera, is adequately large for these models of iPad.
The iPad Pro 12.9” third generation is also compatible with Magic and Smart Keyboards designed for the fourth to sixth generation iPad Pro 12.9”
While the iPad Pro 12.9” third generation shares the same chassis dimensions as later models or the iPad Pro 12.9”, the third generation has a much smaller camera-bump. Apple Magic and Smart Keyboards designed for the third generation iPad Pro will not accommodate (i.e., fit) the much larger camera-bump of the fourth to sixth generation iPad Pro 12.9” models.
