SOS only

My phone is stuck in sos only mode and I can’t not make phone calls I have turned it off and back on. I have turned the cellular data off and back on and I completed the most recent update

There is a nationwide outage of AT&T’s network. If you have Wi-Fi calling you may be able to use that.
