iPhone 14 updated to iOS 17.3 is lagging on all functionality - apps especially. Suggest there is no wi-fi connection when other devices connected perfectly. Does not respond to rebooting, shutting down and restarting and has become progressively worse. Unable to find details about what to do and would appreciate some concrete solutions as soon as possible.

Next step restore from backup, still doesn't help restore to factory settings as NEW.
