iPad not sending sound via HDMI to TV Resolution

Settings/Accessibility/Voice Over/Audio/"Send to HDMI" ON

In Voice Over settings. There is an option called “Send to HDMI” with an explanation: “Any externally connected media devices should be reconnected for this change to take effect.” Ounce setup the change remains.

With Voice off and reconnecting my external screen via HDMI cable with adapter works when "Send to HDMI" is selected via Audio option.

(Voice Over is not selected however clicking on Audio and selecting "Send to HDMI" is selected)
