How to disable voice control when headphones are on? (wired) (phone model 14 pro)

The situation is that I like to talk on Discord with my girlfriend almost 24/7 and we use Discord for this, and recently I started constantly being thrown out of Discord because of the voice control on the iPhone and I can’t turn it off, yes, I looked at all the settings and turned it off All the toggle switches are voice controlled, but I still get thrown out of the call due to which inconvenience occurs, I checked the headphones (wired) they are intact without any damage, so can you help with this to turn off the voice control? or an option on how to make it so that I don’t get kicked out of the call by itself (via Discord)
