iTunes keeps asking me to verify PayPal account but not working

Reasoning this question as I could not reply to old thread and this is a new issue for me after years and years of no issues. Like previous thread answer recommended, I removed and tried to re add payment method (PayPal). It is now telling me that I cannot use that payment method, I’m in Canada 🫤 help?

Why can I not edit or verify my payment information on my account? I tried to re download an app I already paid for and all of a sudden my payment information is all wrong and needs verification. When before, everything was going good all things considered with it. No problems at all till I tried to verify it. But now, every time I try to verify it with the correct information, it keeps telling me there’s a problem. Is there no way to fix this? Is it impossible to get any kind of support on this? why won't apple accept US Bank credit cards for accounts with Canadian addresses QUESTION: Why is Apple ID Account for iTunes and Store Method of Payment is said to be, "not valid in this Store". Method of payment is a bank credit card in Canada with my home address in Canada and has been a working method of payment until today. My bank does not have a block or other hold on the account and Apple charges have been previously charged to this credit card. There is no bank issue and there is plenty of funds in the account without any pending charges.
