How to record audio from YouTube directly into my iMac M1 using Logic Pro?

I need to record a backtrack for a song that I will be playing at a wedding and would like to know the best way to do it without having to use my iPhone to record the backtrack externally. I understand there is a way to record internally directly from YouTube into the computer. Tried watching YouTube videos and downloaded Audacity and when I tried to also download SoundFlower I was invaded by a security program called Avast. It took two days for the Apple support people to get rid of this Avast thing that was trying to take over my computer. Scary!!! Anyway, I am just try to find a safe way to do this without having to download more dubious apps from the internet. I just talked to someone from the Logic department and he told me to get help in this Forum. I appreciate your help. Thank you!

iMac, OS X 10.11
