I’ve got issue connecting my both AirPod to play same audio it tried playing but stop idk kind weird to me never experience it just got it like a week ago

We do not know how you use the AirPods Pro, what computer)s) or device(s) you use them with, what may have happened to them, whether or not they need cleaning, what settings you are using, or whether both AirPods and case are charging ok ... etc.
Eg: Wondering if the volume on one AirPod is set so low you can not hear anything:
