Sonoma make libreoffice default

I am running Sonoma on my Mac Air. I want to make LibreOffice my default for all docs and databases. I know how to click on a file and request it be opened by LibreOffice. But it is a real drag to have to do that each and every time I open a file. I read that I can click on do this for all but I am not seeing that as an option. Is there a way to make LibreOffice the default app for these files on Sonoma?

Click on (highlight) a file in Finder and then use the File menu > Get Info menu item to open an Info window, select the app that you want that file type to "Open with" and then click the "Change all" button.
