iPhone calendar event shows partial 12 hour and 25 hour in the description.

I have an event on my google calendar that is on my iPhone calendar. When I open the event it shows my time for the event from 2:30pm to 16. Which all my other calendars show 2:30pm to 4:00pm. All calendars are set to 12 hour time in al the places I can find. I MacBook Air calendar is fine, the google calendar is fine. Just my iPhone calendar. And on top of that, it doesn't do that to all of the events.
