What e-sim apps work well with an iPhone 14 and have excellent tech support? AIRLO was awful the data never worked

I tried using the AIRLO app to install an e-sim to have data to use in Mexico. It never worked and their chat tech support was horrible. You would wait for hours for them to respond but I never had hours to wait where I had WiFi to hear their advice that still never allowed their e-sim to work. Who can recommend a reliable e-sim app?
