Like the title says, I purchased Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom about a month ago for $25 on 4K. Worked fine until last week when I noticed it was HD on my iPad. Thought it was a mistake so I checked other devices and sure enough - only HD. Anyone know how to resolve this?? Have similar issues like this occurred?

Sorry this happened to you too but I'm glad I'm not alone. I reached out to Apple Support yesterday - they couldn't figure out the issue so I ultimately requested a refund.
After getting the refund I purchased Aquaman & The Lost Kingdom on UHD on the Microsoft Store - it all syncs via MoviesAnywhere so I thought the HD issue would be resolved BUT no... Still shows as HD on the Apple TV Library and when I play the film.
Microsoft Store says UHD and plays as such - not so much on the Apple TV side. Has to be Apple issue.
This is why discs are infinitely better. They are immensely better quality when compared to streaming and no one can downgrade it and remove it from you. Plus, if you really want streaming, each disc purchase comes with the code for digital streaming for free. Makes zero sense to buy digital only.
iPads don’t have 4k screens.
Thought they did but regardless - is only showing as HD on my 4K Apple TV but when first purchased it showed 4K HDR - thoughts?
It said 4k for me when I first bought it. Now it just says HD and 3D on my Vision Pro. I hope apple fixes this this movie cost us 24.99.
This is a very bad trend for digital purchases.
‘Totally unrelated’, Warner Bros brings this movie to Max subscription service too, per tomorrow.
Mine still says 4k, however it no longer says it is AVP 3D!!! What is happening!
