Aquaman The Lost Kingdom 4K purchase downgraded to HD Apple TV

Like the title says, I purchased Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom about a month ago for $25 on 4K. Worked fine until last week when I noticed it was HD on my iPad. Thought it was a mistake so I checked other devices and sure enough - only HD. Anyone know how to resolve this?? Have similar issues like this occurred?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Sorry this happened to you too but I'm glad I'm not alone. I reached out to Apple Support yesterday - they couldn't figure out the issue so I ultimately requested a refund.


After getting the refund I purchased Aquaman & The Lost Kingdom on UHD on the Microsoft Store - it all syncs via MoviesAnywhere so I thought the HD issue would be resolved BUT no... Still shows as HD on the Apple TV Library and when I play the film.


Microsoft Store says UHD and plays as such - not so much on the Apple TV side. Has to be Apple issue.
