How can i count my contacts separately for my iPhone, each email id and in sim?

iPhone does not add any contacts to SIM. If you have moved from Android whatever you carried from your Android device only will remain.

Import contacts stored on a SIM card

Insert your previous SIM card (the one that your contacts are stored on) into your iPhone. Make sure that the SIM card fits. Tap Settings > Contacts > Import SIM Contacts. If asked, choose where you want to import your SIM card contacts to.

If you are using the SIM in another type of phone that allows you to add contacts to the SIM, you'd need to import them any time you added contacts. But, if you only use the SIM in an iPhone, which does NOT save contacts to the SIM, you would only need to import them once.
