I’m locked out my phone for 2 hours but I know my password
I’m locked out and I know my password but I have to wait 3 hours because my phone was oressing buttons in my pocket.

Unless you want to erase your phone and set it up again, wait the allotted time.
Since you evidently carry your iPhone in your pocket, you should turn off Tap to Wake, to avoid this happening in the future.
Settings > Accessibility> Touch > Turn off Tap or Swipe to Wake
You will need to learn that to wake your screen, you'll need to tap the side power button.
