Magic Keyboard Folio

I use Citrix to access my companies domain. I have had my iPad Air 4 since 2021 with the Magic Keyboard Folio. Until recently, i did not have any problems using the keypad in Citrix. Now, when i am on Citrix, the keypad does not work. However, it works when I am not working through Citrix. I have updated my Citrix, restarted my iPad and nothing works. Please HELP.
