THIS IS SOO ANNOYING

If I insert an image in Pages, then move that image, the image auto-crops. It's as if moving an image erases portions of it. How can I make sure an image stays intact when I move it and remove the auto-crop? Pages has never done something like this before.

Instead, the photo appears within a rectangle with thin blue borders, the content of the photo being within these borders and much smaller than the area of the rectangle (huge margins on the right and the left). How do I resize an image in Pages? When I make the picture smaller, the width for the description is about 1 cm bigger than the picture. That has consequenties for the lay-out, do you understanding? Is there a possibility of reducing the width of the description? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Inserting images into pages, the preview photos are too small I’m trying to insert photos, but I’m struggling to see the images I want to select. They are very small, the largest I can get is 3 in a row, but I still struggle. I know how to resize the actual image once it’s been selected, but it’s the selection that’s tricky! Anyone else had this issue? And is there a solution?

When you insert an image, immediately visit the Arrange panel and set Text Wrap to None or at least, not Automatic. You should now be able to move that image around in your document with issue.
