Error while trying to synchronize audio and midi in GarageBand

I have a problem with GarageBand Audio and MIDI iOs synchronization.

I'm looking for an expert, because the internet is full of useless information.

Is there anyone who can help me? I can send screenshots and videos of the problem and all the crucial data.

Maybe Mac Jim ID could help me with this one?

The basic error is:

"Error while trying to synchronize audio and midi. Sample 28,285 recognized. Check conflict between GarageBand and external device."
