Can Turbo tax Premier 2023 run on my imac with macos big sur 11.7.10

Down loaded tubor and it states it requires 12.0

iMac 21.5″, macOS 11.7

No. TurboTax 2023 requires macOS Monterey (12.x). If you want to install TurboTax 2023 you are going to have to upgrade to macOS Monterey.
