iPod Nano keeps Flashing On and Off after Apple Logo.

my iPod nano keeps flashing on and off and it past the point where the Apple logo has gone on. It just does a black and white screen like an old TV and then it will go to where it says the languages but it won’t let me do or click anything.Help please 😭😭!
