Usually, this just means what it says... if this machine has configuration profiles, installed as part an MDM deployment, you have to talk to whoever manages that in your organization.
If this is a home mac and not managed by someone else: Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box.
Then we will be able to see which profiles may be installed and if they are associated with some form of malware.
