Is there a 10 day limit for HSV clip storage on iCloud?

I am looking to install new indoor digital video cameras. At present the Aqara Camera Hub G2H Pro seems to be the one. The camera will record about 2 hours of video per day based on motion events.

I'd like to link the camera to Apple's HomeKit Secure Video, however I've seen comments that there is a 10 day limit for stored video. I'd like have access to video up to 3 months old, so 10 days isn't going to cut it.

I can't find an offical statement anywhere that says there's a 10 day limit for storage of HSV clips, so can someone either confirm or deny that it exists?

If I can't use HSV, I'll use the Aqara app and 512 GB MicroSD card in the camera (not sure that will get me 3 months of events but I guess I'll have to see what happens). I'd rather use HSV if possible even though that will drop the resolution from 2K to 1080p. I'm hoping Apple will increase HSV resolution to 2K in the future (even if it requires an additional cost to iCloud subscription).

This might be what you were looking for ozRob -

The chapter in the iCloud User Guide called Store encrypted security camera footage in iCloud with HomeKit Secure Video says:

With HomeKit Secure Video, you can add your home security cameras in the Home app to record your footage and view it from anywhere. It’s all end-to-end encrypted, and none of the video counts toward your iCloud storage. You can access HomeKit Secure Video on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac or Apple TV.

The video is privately analysed by your home hub using on-device intelligence to determine if people, pets or cars are present. You can view the last 10 days of activity in the Home app.

It goes on to say that with a superior plan comes a greater number of cameras you can use on the free storage, but nothing about extending the viewing period beyond ten days.
