My order was delivered by FedEx but I wasn’t home to sign. How do I transfer my order from delivery to pickup? Calling FedEx tells me that Apple blocks my order from becoming a pick-up at the delivery carrier.

If you ordered online from Apple, you can likely go to your order online to make any changes:
