can't find auto-reply under focus

I would be most grateful for some help:

I am trying to set up auto-reply in my iPhone 15. It *should* be as simple as Settings-Focus-Driving-AutoReply, according to posts. HOWEVER:

I don't have a Driving Focus Option.

When I set one up, the Auto-Reply option isn't there (even under Options)

All the other pre-set Focus - Do Not Disturb, Personal, etc. - also do not have that option.

When I search Settings, the only Auto-Reply option is under Apple ID - iCloud-iCloud Mail - Auto Reply
