last update was 15.5.7 how do i update when phone says up to date?

The iPhone 6 is not able to update any farther. If you would like to get a newer iOS version, you will need a newer iPhone. The iPhone 6 was launched 9 years ago and does not have the hardware capable of supporting newer versions of iOS.
