I’ve got this weird “ghost” wiggling minus sign floating above my phone icon. When I tap it, it just opens the phone app. But it wiggles around like it does when you hold a blank space on the screen to adjust your icon positions or remove apps. This is not that. Anyone got any ideas? Attached is a photo. Thank you.

Just curious, what happens if you move the Phone app next to the Safari app? Does the minus sign get behind the Music app at that point?

I have the same thing. I can get into the app, I can move the app, but nothing gets rid of that shaky minus sign. It’s not an app I use very often so maybe I’ll just delete it and use the website the few times I need it. I just want to know if it means something.
It stays with whatever app I move into that position on the dock
Playing with it more it stays the phone app if I move it from it’s position in the dock a copy of the phone app appears. It doesn’t slide the positioning at all
