Can’t install update 17.3.1 I’ve think I’ve tried all the suggestions. It will download but not install. Appreciate any suggestions, thanks!

MrHoffman, thank you for the link! I was able to get the upload by downloading iTunes to my home computer and uploading through iTunes.
If you’re on an iPad still running iOS 10 per the footer, that iPad is old. Maybe too old. IIRC, the iPad Pro 10.5” and iPad Pro 12.9” 2nd gen could run iOS 10 and iPadOS 17, but few (no?) others can.
If you’re running iPad 7th gen per the title, that can get to iPadOS 17.
If one of those models is not the iPad here, then which iPad model?
What have you tried? Factory Reset, maybe?
