My sister’s guide access in on but she never made a password so when she tried to turn it off it doesn’t work. How do we make you get off we already tried to reset thing and it’s not working help help help help help help help help us

Press and release quickly the volume up button
Press and release quickly the volume down button
Press and hold the side button for at least 20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Do not let go if anything else appears on the screen during that time.

It may take a couple of attempts to get the speed and sequence correct.
