how can I delete saved google passwords on google chrome (on a macbook air)

I have tried following the instructions: open p/w manager, click to the right of the waved password, but I don't get the option to edit/delete, whatever. It asks if I want to use the password. How can I delete it? I have a password manager and the google passwords cause problems.

apple asks Every time I log into my iMac it asks me to supply my Google password. it does not say where but suggest open safari. still no indication where to supply the password. see screenshot
