Unable to cancel Apple Arcade subscription

Trying to cancel the Apple Arcade subscription is impossible. On my iPhone there is no cancellation button, and on Apple Music on Windows it throws a "Your request could not be completed. Try again later." error.

What should I do?

When I press the "cancel subscription" button, the spinning wheel appears but nothing happens. No error message but the cancel subscription button becomes red and "live" again. Do you have an Apple One subscription that also includes Apple Music and Apple TV?
