Emails with “no sender”
You can’t block the “no sender” emails that have invaded my inbox.
Are there any other solutions?

Check with Charter / Spectrum support. I can’t find anything related to any webmail and mail server filtering.
This also looks like it’s a known issue with Charter/Spectrum mail servers, unfortunately:

Why they're even receiving and processing those mail messages?
Your footer here shows a Mac, so I’ll add that here…
Apple Mail on macOS can probably filter those (try adding a filter for a from sender containing no @) but iPhone and iPad lack filtering past marking messages as junk (try it), but that’s unfortunately weak.

Who is your mail provider? (Some providers offer the ability to run rules on the mail server.)
