Sharing permanently deleted photos and videos
Recently I clicked photos and recorded some videos of my friends but ancidently I deleted those photos and videos so I request you to revover those media of this week only

Have you already checked the Recently Deleted album? It is the only chance to recover accidentally deleted photos and videos in Photos. Deleted photos will be saved there for thirty days, unless we delete them there as well or unless we have used up our cloud storage. In that case the items will be deleted permanently and cannot be recovered. see: If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support
If your Recently Deleted album is empty, you will have to fall back on the backups you made, while the photos and videos have still been on your device. Are you asking about Photos on a Mac or on a mobile device?

- on an iPhone or iPad you can recover photos by restoring the device from a backup you made before the photos got deleted. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support. But an iCloud backup will only include your photos, if you have not been using iCloud Photos.
