How to fix screen colors messed up/distorted in iPhone 13?
My phone color is all messed up
how do I fix it so it will go back too normal color? Everything is all blue or freen

Maybe your colors are inverted. To change this setting go Settings > Accessibility > Display & text size and find the setting that says “classic invert” or “smart invert”. If one of them or both of them are on, toggle them to off.
