How to enable Live Photo on FaceTime Apple TV 4K

I have a Apple TV 4K and I use FaceTime app on my Apple TV all the time and sometimes people I am FaceTiming with want to take photo's and when they try it says "enable live photo on both devices" I know both my iPhone and their has the Live Photos enabled but I can't find that option on my Apple TV FaceTime how can I enable live photo's on my Apple TV 4K
