My home address is wrong in Apple Maps

Maps both for iOS and Mac have a "report an issue" function:

When I needed to report a location error, it took about two weeks for the Maps team to contact me by email. However, they had the issue corrected within 36 hours.

TIP: I found that if you point out that "another map service" has a correct listing, it may help move things along.

You can submit feedback about an incorrect route/location here - Feedback - Maps for iOS and iPadOS - Apple

Please do follow the advice given; out of curiosity, did you mean to say "parallel" road?
