Wi fi issue

iPhone 13 Pro Max updated to iso 17.3.1 indicates connected to home Wi-Fi but does not recognize the connection.

Problem resolved. The problem was that a VPN was conflicting with the home network. Turned VPN off, Iphone begin performing as expected. It was very confusing at first because it just randomly happened and I could not relate the issue to the VPN.
