Dolby Atmos not playing on Apple TV device

I recently purchased a concert film from ITunes Store. The description says it has Dolby Atmos. When I go to my Apple+ app on my Apple TV device the description doesn’t list the film as having Dolby Atmos nor does it play Dolby Atmos on my Dolby Atmos soundbar. I’ve spoken to 4 different people at Apple support and it was agreed that all my settings were correct and hookup between Samsung tv, Samsung soundbar and Apple TV device are correct. Final answer was although promised to have Dolby Atmos it just isn’t happening yet.

The strange part that if I check the film on my iPhone and iPad the description does says it has Dolby Atmos but I can’t tell if Dolby Atmos is playing through my EarPods. Anyone have this problem and a way to correct.

Not sure why you removed the snapshot but I did get to see it before that happened.

Irrespective, I couldn’t find an Atmos version of Dave Mathew’s 2009 Europe anywhere - not on iTunes Store, Music, Apple TV or Qello. Which makes sense - Atmos recordings weren’t happening in 2009.

After much trial and error I’ve come to the conclusion that even though the movies I bought from I Tune that say they have Dolby Atmos they don’t play in Dolby Atmos. I don’t know if other people have this problem but I’m assuming this is an Apple misrepresentation “scam”. Let me know if you have same problem.
