Can I use my old Iphone XR for my daughter with a different Apple ID

Hi,

I upgraded my Iphone XR many years ago and deleted my details etc in the phone. Recently, my daughter created an AppleID with her ipad so I thought of allowing her to use my old Iphone XR with her Apple ID. However, I am not sure what had happened when I deleted my ID tinhe Iphone XR but when I turned it on, it asked me to logon to iTunes.

I did that but I cant seem to restore or even update the old iphone. It keeps repeating Error 4013. I changed the cables many times. The software is able to recognise the phone but unable to make it workable again.

Help. Is it even possible to do use an old iphone once I have changed phones?
