Instagram error “sorry there was a problem with your request”

Hello,

i’m facing this instagram error where it states: “sorry there was a problem with your request”

i already had a word with someone from apple support and it clearly is an ios 17.3.1 error. However, it’s been more than a week and i’m left with no solutions.

i’ve tried factory resetting the iphone.

erase all settings.

transferred the data to another iphone and tried loggin in there (it didn’t help)

however, if i login my apple id to another iphone without any transferring of the data. It works and i am able to login. But since, i don’t wanna loose my data and chats and documents i have stored from years.

please advise as this is really frustrating.
