My beats were stolen My beat headphones were stolen and I’m absolutely furious at how easy it was all they have to do is unpair it or turn it off for you to not be able to use find my. They literally have a serial number on them how can you not tag it as stolen and then find when it’s been paired or turned back on. So my question is A. Why do you not do this? B. Why do you not compensate people with a new pair of headphones when you have put absolutely zero anti-theft technology into them? C. You cannot convince me that you don’t have the tech to stop this or make it better so why wouldn’t you??

Can AppleCare+ cover stolen Beats and help locate them? Hi my beats got stolen a day ago and I have them under AppleCare+. Is there anyway that will cover them or find out where they are in any way or will I just have to get a new pair. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If by "earbuds" you are referring to the Apple wired EarPods, then the answer is no, regardless of its serial number.

And if you actually mean the Apple wireless AirPods, the answer is still no, as Apple does not get involved with helping folks recover lost or stolen devices. They only provide the Find My app for us to help locate them.
