Hello I just wanna ask real quick that I'm about moving to Germany and I'm studying at Hannover Studienkolleg , with the school ID can buy a Macbook with student discount?

Better to contact the staff at the nearest Apple Store in Hannover either by going in and asking them or calling them: Apple Hannover
