LOGIC IS MUFFLING MY AUDIO INPUT - BAD AUDIO INPUT QUALITY

Hello, I use an interface and a microphone to record vocals into Logic pro.

I have been using the same set-up (in Logic Pro X), for a many years and everything

has been working well.

But since couple weeks now, out of nowhere, the vocals started

sounding muffled and low quality when recording in Logic.

At First i thought my interface was bad or the microphone broken; but luckily for me, there is a direct monitoring path in my interface. That's where i've realised that actually, recording through my interface was crystal clear and crisp.

But once in logic pro (recording audio or using the I/O module), the sound was very very bad and low quality.

I can confirm that the issue is from logic because i've tried with other software and i dont have any issues.

Can someone please help ?

OS: M1 Pro, Sonoma 14.2.1
