Red visual artifacts in videos

hello I m having some trouble with my videos on my iphone 15 pro max i just bought last month.

When I shoot the videos they seem okay but when I go play them later, I see red and some blue visual artifacts all over my screen. I have this problem Even in my older videos, which I took with my iphone x.

I just dowloanded it but when i hit play its all the same in my new iphone 15 pro max.

I have tried to update the phone and reset the phone completely to factory settings but issue is still going on.

I have bought the phone from abroad and apple service in my country is saying they cant help me with it.

I have 1 year limited guarantee on my phone what should i do.
