Unable to cancel WalkFit subscription from the App Store

That won’t work. They keep taking money.

I found the email they sent me and was able to cancel from the email.

I don't recall ever signing up for this, I never downloaded the app.

The email, gave me a log in and I was able to cancel it from there.

I was finally able to go into the app and click on the account button in the top left corner. There is an option there to delete account and subscription.

I have never downloaded the app or anything and it just tried to charge me $66 for a subscription 😳 not cool

Sg*walk-in I’ve read several complaints. Has anyone successfully cancelled? If so how? I cannot find a way to contact them

If you cancel the app it says you cancel your acct. I tried it. Will up date

I tried to cancel my WalkFit subscription & it will not let me because they say it is not listed in my apple subscription

Try logging into the app, hit profile in top left corner. Scroll alllllll the way down to the bottom - Manage subscription. Cancel

Yes I have tried to cancel this since November bank now going to put stop on payment thank goodness agree another scam caught us out grr
