How to access a video using Mail Drop

I have tried sending a 4 minute long video to myself from my iPhone to my desktop using Mail Drop. I don't know how to access Mail Drop in order to capture the video on my desktop so that I can move it to a thumb drive.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 13.6

A file sent via Mail Drop will appear in your email. You have the option to download the file in the body of the email.
