"Virus detected" on my MacBook Air

I keep getting pop ups saying " Gmail alert: account has been hacked your data may be stolen delete the virus" and "virus detected : Trojan_%$@!F click here to turn on antivirus " how do I get rid of this ??

I am getting malware on MacBook Pro I am getting pop ups saying I have trojan horse, iCloud account hacked etc. Updated to Sonoma 14.1.1, logged out, changed iCloud password, blocked pop ups (I think). I don't know what else to do
