Hi! My iPhone 13 Pro installed iOS 17.3.1 recently, which resulted in my phone no longer being able to make calls/ access cellular networks, I've talked to apple support and tried all of their tips, which hasn't worked. My phone work with other network providers, but not mine(I have the latest service provider settings installed, does anyone have a clue on how to fix this?

I had the same issue with my iPhone 13 after installing this iOS upgrade.
None of the online how-to's about calls going directly to voicemail had any tips that worked for me.
I ended up going to my carrier app (Verizon) and using the chat troubleshooting tool to figure it out.
What finally worked was:
Settings > Cellular>Cellular Data Options
Voice & Data
Regardless of what setting you have on (with the checkmark), click another one, then click the one you want.
(toggling it off and then on again)
Try calling your number from another number.
This did the trick for me. Good luck.

Have you contacted your carrier so they can check their end and try a new SIM card?
I have, the new SIM card did not help either:/
